Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by ADC Training, a personal training and boxing company. By booking a session, enrolling in a program, or using any services offered by ADC Training, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

ADC Training provides strenght a & conditioning training and boxing training services to individuals and groups. These services may be delivered in-person or online, depending on the type of training you have booked.

2. Eligibility

By engaging with ADC Training, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • You are in good physical health and capable of participating in physical training. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you must disclose this information to us prior to participating in any training sessions.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including emergency contact and health information.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Booking: Sessions can be booked via our website, or through direct contact with ADC Training. All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment, Cancellation and Refund: The payments, as well as the cancellations and refunds, have to be made in accordance with our Cancellation & Payment Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

4. Health and Safety

  • Health Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform ADC Training of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your ability to participate in training. You are encouraged to consult with a doctor before starting any new exercise program.

  • Risk of Injury: By participating in our training programs, you acknowledge that there is inherent risk of injury associated with physical activity. ADC Training will take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, but you are ultimately responsible for your own well-being.

  • Emergency Contact: You are required to provide emergency contact information when booking your first session. In case of an emergency, this information will be used to contact your designated emergency contact.

  • A waiver will sent before your first session.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respect and Professionalism: All clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward trainers, staff, and other clients. Any behavior deemed inappropriate (e.g., harassment, aggression, or disruptive actions) may result in termination of training services without refund.

  • Compliance: Clients must comply with all safety instructions provided by trainers. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Training and Program Modifications

  • Individualized Programs: ADC Training will provide tailored training programs based on your fitness level, goals, and any medical conditions or injuries you disclose.

  • Program Modifications: Training sessions and programs may be adjusted at any time based on your progress or feedback from you or your trainer.

  • No Guarantee of Results: While we aim to help you achieve your fitness goals, ADC Training cannot guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes may vary based on effort, consistency, and other factors.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Attendance: You are responsible for attending sessions on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

  • Fitness Tracking: You agree to track your fitness progress and communicate openly with your trainer about your goals, progress, and any challenges you face.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by ADC Training, including but not limited to training plans, videos, written content, logos, and branding, are the intellectual property of ADC Training and are protected by copyright law. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent from ADC Training.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • General Disclaimer: ADC Training is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred as a result of participating in our services. You assume full responsibility for your participation in the training sessions.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADC Training, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the training programs or use of our facilities.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Termination of Services

ADC Training reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment of services

  • Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

  • Any other reason deemed necessary by ADC Training to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff

12. Amendments to These Terms

ADC Training reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
