Cancellation and Payment Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. I usually don't enforce the policy unless cancellations happen too often. In order to maintain the quality of my services and respect everyone's time, I ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy.

  1. Payment & Refunds:

    • Payments have to be made before the first session either by e-transfer or cash. An invoice will be sent.

    • All fees for training sessions are non-refundable, but unused sessions can be credited toward future bookings if cancellations are made according to the policy.

  2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

    • I require a minimum of 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any session.

    • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged.

    • No-shows (i.e., failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice) will result in a full charge as well.

    • If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 12 hours in advance to avoid getting charged. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time.

  3. Late Arrivals:

    • If you arrive late for your session, the full session will still be charged, and the session time will not be extended.

    • I encourage punctuality to ensure you get the full benefit of your training session.
